We are a patient centred practice serving 8,950 patients, supported by 4 GP partners and 2 salaried GPs. We use EMIS and Docman as our clinical systems. Our highly skilled and welcoming team places a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional support. Our nursing team is led by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nursing Manager, who provides leadership, peer support, manages acute presentations (including paediatrics), and supports home visits. The team also includes a prescribing Nurse Practitioner who currently delivers chronic disease management in diabetes and respiratory care as well as minor ailments, alongside two practice nurses and a Healthcare Assistant, all committed todelivering an excellent standard of patient care.
