This is an exciting time to join our Community District Nursing Services as a Registered Nursing Associate within the Central locality in two locations across our footprint (Chorley, South Ribble and Preston).  If you are looking for a new challenge, are passionate about delivering the very best high quality, safe, effective care in a high performing NHS Foundation Trust then this maybe the opportunity you have been waiting for.  We are looking for motivated staff with the Registered Nursing Associate Qualification, who will be a part of developing and driving our integrated approach to care, so that we can fully embrace and utilise these benefits to provide the best outcomes for our patients.

### Main duties of the job

Applicants will need to demonstrate their competency and experience in line with the person specification and will be required to work flexibly across a seven-day rota. To provide direct clinical care to patients with identified specialist or complex needs. To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and carry out a diverse range of duties, providing support to the nurse leadership, ensuring effective assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care. Maintaining a positive and open attitude towards organisational change and service development. To take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and continued professional development plan. To actively promote the organisations values including kindness, teamwork, respect and learning. To work to a defined shift pattern with a service responsible for the provision of care 24/7 365 days per year.

- Registered Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
- On-going registration with the NMC.
