We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Practitioner (Nights) to join our dedicated team and help ensure residents receive exceptional care and support throughout the night.

As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in leading the night care team, promoting high standards of person-centred care and ensuring residents remain comfortable, safe and well supported. You will combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, acting as a role model for colleagues and helping to create a calm and reassuring atmosphere for residents and their families.

### Main duties of the job

What Youll Be Doing

As a Night Shift Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

You will:

- Provide personalised care, supporting residents with night routines, mobility, and comfort
- Monitor wellbeing, observing changes and responding professionally
- Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
- Support with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day ahead
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Take part in ongoing training and development

### Job responsibilities

The Senior Care Practitioner (Nights) is responsible for supporting the management of the home during night-time hours and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
