### Job summary

We are seeking an exceptional New Workforce Solution Project Manager to lead one of the most significant workforce transformation programmes within our Trust. As an Early Adopter of the New Workforce Solution, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how workforce systems, processes and data support our people and ultimately improve patient care.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic leadership for the implementation, integration and optimisation of the New Workforce Solution across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, digital specialists, suppliers and operational teams, you will ensure successful programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and long-term benefits realisation.

### Main duties of the job

As the New Workforce Solution Project Manager, you will lead the planning, governance and delivery of the Trust's Workforce Solution implementation programme.

You'll oversee multiple workstreams, manage key stakeholder relationships and drive organisational readiness and adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, project management expertise and exceptional communication skills.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that programme objectives align with organisational priorities while delivering sustainable workforce and digital transformation benefits.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Significant experience managing complex, large-scale projects or programmes.
- Proven experience implementing digital systems and delivering measurable benefits.
- Experience of service redesign, continuous improvement and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and programme controls.
- Experience working across multiple services and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent digital and IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Formal project or programme management qualification such as:
- PRINCE2
- MSP
- APM PMQ
- Equivalent recognised qualification.

**Desirable**

- Sufficient knowledge of NHS/Government policies, strategies and organisational relationships in relation to digital, IT and public service developments, to be able to advise clients and develop proposals for the IT Department to respond to corporate needs.
