As an Early Adopter of the New Workforce Solution, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how workforce systems, processes and data support our people and ultimately improve patient care. Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic leadership for the implementation, integration and optimisation of the New Workforce Solution across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, digital specialists, suppliers and operational teams, you will ensure successful programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and long-term benefits realisation. Please note this role is an indicative banding subject to change. ### Main duties of the job As the New Workforce Solution Project Manager, you will lead the planning, governance and delivery of the Trust's Workforce Solution implementation programme. You'll oversee multiple workstreams, manage key stakeholder relationships and drive organisational readiness and adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, project management expertise and exceptional communication skills.
