The CNRT deliver patient-centred MDT neuro-rehabilitation to patients with neurological diagnosis across Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon. We are driven to help patients maintain their independence and quality of life by delivery patient goal-based rehabilitation programmes. You will contribute in the delivery of rehabilitation under guidance from registered professionals to support patients achievement. This will be achieved through implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions and practise of activity of daily living depending on patient's needs. You will provide support and supervision in all aspects of rehabilitation to patients. Rehab is delivered in a variety of settings including CNRT patient homes, outpatients and group classes at Mt. Gould Hospital. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face due to the practical element of the assessment.
