The postholder will be responsible for the strategic development, coordination and implementation of IT & Digital initiatives across the Network, supporting delivery of the NHS England Pathology Transformation Maturity Matrix objectives, with a particular focus on Domain 5 – IT & Digital. Working collaboratively across member Trusts, the role will lead the development of a long-term IT & Digital strategy that supports interoperability, innovation and service transformation across the Network. The postholder will help ensure the development of robust and integrated digital solutions that support pathology services, clinicians and service users across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale pathology transformation programme, working with multiple organisations and stakeholders to shape the future of digital pathology services.
