### Job overview

The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting nursing staff in all aspects of clinical care. Responsibility includes stock maintenance, cleaning, and management of equipment.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application, as we are unable to support visa applications for this position.

### Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit motivated, hardworking Housekeepers who have excellent communication skills & a passion for maintaining high standards to support clinical care.. We expect drive and motivation to support the clinical team to provide excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members.

Successful candidates will be subject to an appropriate disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring service.

### Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

- Able to work with children and vulnerable adults. Health cleared by Occupational Health to undertake the full range of duties of post. Able to move and handle equipment. Punctual and reliable.

- Good organisational skills. Able to work independently as well as being part of the team.

- Good knowledge of infection control processes. Customer service experience
