This is a highly challenging and rewarding role within our fast-paced service. You must have an interest in education, and the development of evidence-based standards of care. You will have excellent teaching and presentation skills both in the classroom, virtual and within clinical area You will lead / facilitate to deliver an effective and dynamic education program from our neonatal education strategy to the nursing team, students coming into the service (which includes staff on clinical placement during their neonatal nurse training) and junior staff who need induction and support. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated senior neonatal nurse with substantive experience at band 6 and above working with the management team. You will have robust organisational skills as well as evidence of an interest in education, ambition, drive and excellent communication skills.
