Dorset is part way through its ambitious two-year transformation programme to build and embed Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) as a catalyst for system-wide change and more localised, joined-up care.

The development of INTs is a complex and evolving process. While we are clear on what needs to be achieved, improving outcomes and experience for people and communities, the how will continue to evolve through delivery. This requires a flexible, learning-led approach that blends delivery oversight with adaptive problem-solving, collaboration and a strong focus on impact.

This is an internal opportunity open to colleagues employed by – Dorset HealthCare, Dorset County Hospital, University Hospitals Dorset, Dorset Primary Care, Dorset County Council, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole County Council and the Dorset ICB.  We welcome applications from staff across all detailed organisations.

### Main duties of the job

This role is a key member of the programme’s operational delivery team, supporting the implementation of INTs by working closely with the Delivery team, local neighbourhood teams and system partners.

To provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the programme team and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT) as required.

Provide delivery support directly to the INTs as needed.

Diary management, planning and organising key activities and meetings for the Programme team and INTs

Providing project administration support to the programme team and INTs as required.

Supporting the collation of best practice and innovation as required.

## Person Specification

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Level 3 qualification, e.g. NVQ in Business Administration or other relevant subject or equivalent level of experience

**Desirable**

- Prince2 Foundation or equivalent introduction to project management course

### Job specific experience

**Essential**

- Experience of arranging meetings and complex diary management
- Able to work under pressure and to prioritise in order to hit tight deadlines

### Personal qualities/attribute

**Essential**

- Highly organised, systematic and able to manage own time efficiently

### Knowledge, skills and training

**Essential**

- Understanding of key project management administration
- Strong ability to problem solve and overcome issues, providing options where appropriate
