We are looking for a full time permanent Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal rotations which rotate on a 6 monthly basis across our South and Vale Royal Clinics. These include a variety of Primary Care settings and also offers the opportunity to gain essential acute experience at Leighton Hospital Outpatients Department .The Primary care sites are Sandbach ,Alsager ,Middlewich,Winsford and Nantwich where you will work as part of the Musculoskeletal service in community clinics and GP practices. This position focuses on Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic rehabilitation of GP and Consultant referrals.  We can offer you the opportunity to work with a range of experienced senior physiotherapists who will support your Continuous Professional Development.  There is the opportunity to attend in-service training and peer review sessions. You will have current HCPC registration, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or be able to demonstrate means of meeting the travel requirements of the post. Adhering to emergency care pathways with appropriate communication and documentation. - To participate in CCICP MSK audits as required. - To ensure the safe and timely discharge of patients, liaising with other agencies as required. - Ensure EMIS caseloads are effectively managed, discharging in a timely manner.
