The main duties focus upon Portering / Catering, including working in chilled & freezer units / Linen, Domestic & Transport duties. ### Main duties of the job Provide comprehensive operational support across support services including portering, domestic and linen duties. Undertake catering duties in compliance with food safety legislation. Undertake transport duties, deliver clean and the collect used and contaminated linen to and from wards / clinical areas, transferring the used / dirty to designated areas, which involves frequent exposure to unpleasant conditions. Collection of refuse across health board premises and transfer to designated areas. Clear litter and sweep outside areas as directed. Collect and deliver patient and staff meals three times daily as required.
