You will have gained qualifications and previous experience within a Joinery role , the role is to assist with the maintenance of the Health Board’s property across the West and will participate in an on call rota to cover Bank Holiday periods The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. ### Main duties of the job Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Multi-Skilled Building Craftsperson (Joiner), Ysbyty Gwynedd Bangor We are currently seeking an enthusiastic self motivated Multi-Skilled Building Craftsperson (Joiner) to work within a large organisation. You will have gained experience within the building craft environment. You should have experience in joinery and wood working duties and must be able to work on own initiative. The successful candidate will be working at different locations and departments under our control in the West You should have completed a formal craft apprenticeship in a Building discipline and preferably have attained an academic qualification to NVQ Level 3 / Higher National Certificate. Willing to develop individual knowledge - Ability to work unsupervised **Desirable** - Motivation and persuasive skills - Welsh Speaking - IT/Keyboard skills ### Knowledge **Essential** - Higher level of knowledge and understanding of building maintenance construction/services/syst ems and a working knowledge of multi skilled associated trades. Familiarity with approved guidance documents. **Desirable** - Knowledge of Health & Safety.
