We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRI/CT Radiographer to join our team.

### Main duties of the job

You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will report into the Unit Manager for the service but also have support from a Clinical lead.

As a Radiographer at Alliance Medical you will be responsible for adhering to protocol and procedures to produce high quality images and an exceptional standard of patient and customer care. What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate MRI Radiographer who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys working as part of a supportive, forward-thinking team. You'll be confident performing a wide range of MRI examinations, thrive in a busy clinical environment, and be motivated to continually develop your skills.

This role is ideal for someone with around 12 years of MRI experience who is looking to build on their existing knowledge while working with a diverse range of MRI systems and contributing to the growth of an expanding service.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- HCPC registration.
- Around 12 years of MRI experience, with the ability to perform a broad range of routine MRI examinations.
- A patient-centred approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care and an excellent patient experience.
- IV cannulation skills, or a willingness to undertake training (training will be provided where required).
- Evidence of clinical competency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, colleagues and referrers.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to use your initiative when required.
- Good IT skills and experience of working with digital imaging systems.
