This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to manage a highly skilled team and shape the future of MRI services within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Working closely with MRI leaders across the Trust, you will drive service excellence, innovation, workforce development and outstanding patient care. Hammersmith Hospital is home to three MRI scanners working 7 days a week and boasts a nationally recognised specialist portfolio, with particular strengths in advanced Cardiac MRI and a large, complex pacemaker (CIED) MRI programme. The department delivers cutting-edge imaging for patients with highly specialised needs while supporting a strong culture of research, education and clinical innovation. The successful candidate will combine extensive MRI expertise with exceptional leadership and people management skills. You will be passionate about developing teams, implementing service improvements, embracing change and delivering the highest standards of patient-centred care.
