The fellow will have the opportunity to develop proficiency in the full spectrum of minimally invasive cardiac surgical techniques. Training will be delivered in a progressive and structured manner. The fellow will advance from assisted participation through to primary operating under supervised consultant guidance, in keeping with their evolving competency and experience.
