The Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) is a community-based service supporting people with their mental and physical health, as well as their social care needs. In this role, you will enhance your skills through autonomous clinical decision-making, assessment and treatment of mental and physical health needs, as well as reviewing and managing risk and crisis situations while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and services. Clinicians are also encouraged and supported to be involved in ongoing service development projects. We work closely with local GP practices, primary care networks, social services, the voluntary sector, and other organisations to provide collaborative interventions that support joined-up, personalised treatment and care.
