An opportunity has arisen, for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be part of our innovative and crucial service in Cambridge. You may be looking to move on from your first qualified post to a community role within the crisis resolution home treatment team. We are looking for people who have a relevant NMC or HCPC registration and: - Relevant pre-registration experience of working in mental health environments, however this is not essential. - Previous experience and skills which can transfer into this role – good communication, organisational skills and timekeeping amongst others. - We welcome applications from people with lived-experience of mental health challenges. - People who are passionate about working with older people in the community experiencing mental health challenges. ### Main duties of the job Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. The role involves (but is not limited to): - Providing support interventions for people with significant mental health conditions. - Working within a multi-disciplinary team with colleagues in the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. - Monitoring and reviewing the use of prescribed medications.
