You will be working in the Yorkshire area with childrens residential homes and a school to support and care for young people at risk of, or with lived experience of child sexual exploitation. You will have colleagues from other regions in the country (Mental Health Practitioners, Psychologists, Counsellors). ### Main duties of the job Supporting our teams across residential homes, youll will be providing a combined clinical consultative and direct therapeutic service for Looked After young people placed in community residential settings. This includes assessing and identifying young peoples needs, strengths and risks. You will also support residential and education professionals via consultation, supervision and training to embed trauma informed, relational practice. About us Candidate Profile To be successful within this role you will need to have experience in: Working with Looked After Children and/or young people presenting with a range of clinical needs. Knowledge of theory and practice of therapeutic interventions with children and young people. Assessment, intervention and management of a range of mental health needs including trauma.
