The role will be part of the Inclusion Health and Homelessness Team (IHHT) working alongside South Norfolk and Broadland District Council. We are looking for a creative, innovative practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be supporting people who are often unable to access mainstream services and require a flexible, proactive, and holistic approach in order to overcome these barriers. Training and support will be provided as part of the role. Please do not hesitate to contact the team for more information. ### Main duties of the job The Inclusion Health and Homelessness Adult Mental Health Team are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Mental Health Nurse for 0.6 part time hours .
