You will - Work as part of and lead the Mental Health team within the Integrated Healthcare Services team. - Provide clinical leadership and management to Registered nurses and allied health professionals. - Establish inter-agency working where necessary to ensure good communication increases quality of care for patients. - Ensuring that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. - Based on the Wellbeing Approach and Practice Plus mental Health policy, provide nursing triage and screening and assessment. - Actively participate with the development of local operating procedures to ensure pathways are clear for clinicians - Ensuring all complaints / concerns relating to Mental Health are dealt with in a timely fashion. - Nurse lead treatment or care within mental health - Confirm waiting list are well managed ensuring minimal waiting times for patients - Medicines management/advice including supporting medicine administration If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
