This will include caring for children and young people in mental health crisis and those with Eating disorders that are admitted to hospital for ongoing care. ### Main duties of the job To deliver targeted and therapeutic interventions to children with a mental, neurodevelopmental or eating disorder, as required within set protocols and within the scope of the Assistant Practitioner remit. This includes carrying out mental state and risk reviews under remote supervision and after appropriate delegation from the Mental Health Clinical Specialist. Plan and deliver high standards of individualised person-centred care. To communicate effectively at all times within the team, with other health care professionals and with the patient, family, carers and all visitors.
