As a Medical Health Act Administrator you will be: - Attending Managers Review Hearings in the capacity of the MHA Administrator/Clerk and ensure the review satisfies the fundamental legal requirements of fairness reasonableness and lawfulness. - Following up MHA action points included in the Care Quality Commission reports submitted following visits to clinical areas. - Liaising with the consultants and nursing team to update service users information regarding renewal of sections and consent to treatments. - Providing information to service users about their access to Independent Mental Heal Advocacy Services (IMHA).
