The post-holder will perform medicines reconciliation on the ward & supply medication as appropriate, identifying and resolving medication related problems within a multidisciplinary team. Provide a ward based dispensing and counselling service. Provide safe and efficient pharmaceutical support to the dispensary.  This role includes the dispensing and accuracy checking of medicines and preparation of pharmaceutical products.
