We are offering 24 hours per week, ideally covering Monday to Friday on flexible hours. *Proposed interview date: 13th July 2026* ### Main duties of the job The post holder will work closely with a ward-based Pharmacist and the ward nursing team to assist in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients within the Trust through the provision of a safe, efficient, and cost-effective medicines management programme. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own, whilst also integrating into a well-established team. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy and primary care. Detailed duties are stated in the job description document. The successful candidate must have experience of working in a clinical setting with a multidisciplinary team. Computer literacy is essential and experience with SystmOne is desirable.
