You will support our friendly team to provide the best possible service to patients across the region. Cellular Pathology is a busy department, receiving around 35000 histopathology and non-gynaecological requests each year and performing over 120000 tests. You will be working alongside Biomedical Scientists and Pathologists; the ability to work well in a team is of paramount importance and good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are required. Part of the role will include providing training and support for the MLA team and any other member of staff where appropriate. T Excellent IT skills are a requirement for this post as the candidate will work alongside colleagues to implement digital slide scanning. Full training will be provided.
