## Job Content

### Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Education Department at Sherwood Forest Hospitals and take a leading role in shaping how our services develop.

As our Medical Education Improvement and Innovation Manager, you will help create an environment where people can be their best and do their best work. You will lead improvement, digital transformation and service innovation across a diverse department that includes Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education, Library and Knowledge Services, Simulation, Resuscitation Services, and the King’s Mill Conference Centre.
