Although this role is multi-faceted, in this instance we are looking for experienced individuals that have gained their career experience within an Mechanical engineering maintenance background. You should have experience of fault finding on complex building services, plant and equipment to a high level of competence and be able to work on own initiative. Knowledge of systems such as Building Management Systems, water systems and their infrastructure, emergency stand by generators, ventilation, decontamination equipment, etc. would be desirable. You will participate in an out of hrs on Call rota. You should have completed a formal craft apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering and preferably have attained an academic qualification to Higher National Certificate of Engineering standards.
