Screening and symptomatic services are offered at the Macclesfield Breast Screening Centre with 3 Siemens digital mammography sets, 2 with stereo/tomosynthesis capabilities. Mobile screening in Stockport is provided on a mobile van with Siemens digital mammography. Travel is essential to this role, so please demonstrate how you would meet these requirements.  A genuine occupational qualification applies to these posts under section 6 of the Sex Discrimination Act of 1975 and therefore they are restricted to female applicants only. Hours per week: 0/Bank This position is offered on a Bank basis which is ‘as and when’ required with no guaranteed hours, however it does offer you increased flexibility by selecting shifts to work around your lifestyle. ### Main duties of the job To provide a high quality mammography service as part of the National Health Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) and Symptomatic Service for East Cheshire NHS Trust Breast Multidisciplinary Team.
