Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale £13.45 per hour Full Time – 40 hours - Monday to Friday between 8 and 4Dolphin Lane and Daisy Vale have an opportunity for a Maintenence Technician to join our team. You will be split across the two sites which are a 5 minute walk away from each other, or less than a minute in the car. Dolphin Lane offers residential support for 15 males and females with a learning disability, and people on the autism spectrum.Daisy Vale House offers residential support for 16 males and females with a learning disability, as well as autistic individuals.

### What you'll be doing

- Keeping our home in top condition, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving any maintenance or safety issues, helping the home run smoothly.
- Working with local contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure planned and preventative maintenance is completed efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate inspection certificates and records to make sure all work meets quality and statutory standards.
- Supporting the Home Manager to continuously improve our environment and services.
