### Main duties of the job

As a Maintenance Operative at Horse Fair Care Home, your primary focus will be to ensure that the building and grounds are maintained in top condition, engaging in numerous routine maintenance tasks and conducting checks to services. You will be responsible for applying basic repairs and fixes to equipment and systems to guarantee the functionality of facilities.
