Carry out minor works and repairs to Electrical systems Carry out PAT testing of Electrical equipment Carry out replacement of lighting, fire detection, nurse call and other electrical equipment Support and assist the Electrical craft team in their duties as required To undertake general maintenance activities at the request of the Team Leaders. To be prepared to work in potentially hazardous areas taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment. To actively participate in the operation and control of engineering planned maintenance schemes, including maintaining and updating recording systems as required, including paper based or electronic Actively participate in any departmental management processes and systems including completion of any paperwork/documentation required of the scheme. (Including completion of all job records, timesheets, etc.). Work over-time by exception to carry out maintenance activities outside of normal working hours where required and assist with the completion of emergency repairs as required by the Team Leader and/or other Estate Managers Undertake ‘Recall to Work’ duties, to assist with the completion of emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours.
