## Job Content

The Lodge is looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to join the team. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. The Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs. We are on a busy street, very close to the town centre, local amenities and public transport links.

### What you'll be doing

- Ensure the home is maintained as a safe and secure place to live for the residents
- Maintain the home and grounds to ensure they are in excellent condition at all times
- Work closely with the home managers on long-term maintenance plans
- Check and repair fixtures and fittings that may include lighting and heating

### What you'll bring to the role
