Burston House£26,300 per annumFull Time/37.5 HoursBurston House has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.Priory Burston House, Burston, near Diss on the Suffolk/Norfolk border is a level 2 rehabilitation service for male patients with a learning disability. It is accessible by public transport, with Diss railway station approximately 3 miles from the service and limited local bus links. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

### What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. You'll support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the hospital is safe, well-maintained and welcoming for patients, colleagues and visitors. You'll carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works while helping to maintain high property standards and ensuring a clean, safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
