You will have knowledge of the statutory guidance for promoting health and wellbeing of looked after children (dept Education and Department of Health 2015) as well as knowledge of the children act 1989 & 2004, the UN convention on Rights of the Child. **Desirable** - Having an awareness of developments within the NHS would be an advantage as well as an understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance ### Experience **Essential** - You’ll have experience in Primary care and child development.
