By leading and mentoring trainee doctors and clinical specialists, the role significantly impacts the quality of care provided across our facilities, fostering both clinical excellence and holistic support. ### Main duties of the job Supervisory:Oversees trainee doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Clinical Nurse Specialists, guiding their development and ensuring high standards of care. Collaboration: Works with Senior Sister/Ward Sister on patient admissions, daily management, and discharges, while coordinating care with allied health and social services. Compliance: Adheres to GMC guidelines, hospice policies, and legal frameworks to ensure ethical and compliant patient care.
