It will attract 8 Programmed Activities (PAs) comprising 6.5 for Direct Clinical Care (DCC) and 1.5 for Supporting Professional Activities (SPA). Timetable below. A timetable is set out below with a two-weekly pattern of job plan providing a range of clinical activities to maintain skills. The job plan may evolve once the successful candidate is in place with mutual agreement. Consultants within the department are expected to work with Anaesthesia Associates, supervising them in a 2:1 capacity, or 1:1 on a high turnover list or a list with higher ASA patients. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will provide consultant delivered anaesthetic services for all specialties (for which they have appropriate training), which will be allocated according to service need. The rota is published on a weekly basis and distributed to all relevant staff.
