Your commitment to audit, appraisal, teaching, and clinical governance will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of care and continuous improvement within our department. Working as part of a dedicated team of four/five Consultants, you will play a vital role in the ongoing development of our service. Your expertise and contributions will contribute to the growth and success of our department at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, you will actively support our clinical network with University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing between organisations. We have strong links with Maxillo-facial, Plastic surgery, paediatric, cleft lip and palate, and audiology departments, enabling interdisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive patient care. To find out more about the role and living and working in Salisbury please look at our interactive candidate pack ## Person Specification ### Application **Essential** - Possession, or within 6 months of possession, of a CCT leading to entry to the GMC Specialist Register - Full GMC registration with a licence to practice - Evidence of wide experience and a high level of competence in General ENT, and evidence of higher specialist training/fellowship in Otology or Head & Neck/Thyroid surgery. Experience in coblation surgery would be a desirable criteria. - Ability to teach clinical skills to trainees and others.
