We are seeking a motivated doctor to lead the development and rollout of an electronic portfolio for locally employed doctors (LEDs) and advanced practitioners.

About the Role

- Develop a structured portfolio to support training, supervision, and career progression
- Design competency frameworks, assessments, and reflective tools
- Support LEDs and international medical graduates (IMGs) with equitable access to development
- Work with clinical and education teams to drive engagement and improve training quality
- Align the portfolio with workforce priorities, retention, and future consultant development

- - Knowledge of assessment methods

- - Proven ability to contribute to effective multidisciplinary teams Positive attitude towards multiprofessional working
- - Experience of teaching & training, including medical trainees, students of all healthcare disciplines and allied health professionals

**Desirable**

- - Postgraduate medical education, leadership or management qualification (PGCert, Diploma, Masters)

- - Team or service-based quality improvement work as a project or part of a programme
