We are happy to talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process. ## Person Specification ### Experience **Essential** - *Experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities in healthcare environments, with an understanding of the role of liaison in improving patient outcomes and experiences. - *Experience of providing supportive leadership input when required to help maintain smooth service delivery in the acute hospital. - *Ability to identify and escalate concerns appropriately, including safeguarding and incident reporting, to reduce risk and promote a culture of patient safety. - *Ability to support and advise hospital staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities. - *Ability to lead and coordinate complex patient-centred meetings within an acute hospital environment while effectively managing a caseload. - *Confidence and skills to provide training to general hospital staff on topics related to learning disability. - *Ability to recognise the inequalities in healthcare that people with a learning disability often face.
