Oakwood Gardenshas9 self-contained bungalows supporting adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties & autism, located inWV5 0BR, Wombourne. Our Supported Living provides nine tenancies. The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
