We seek an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator for our South Region. Your role will focus on enhancing performance and quality by delivering high-standard training, ensuring all team members are trained and compliant to deliver the best care for our residents. Responsibilities include leading training sessions at multiple homes, identifying learning needs, planning compliant courses, facilitating courses in-person and virtually, assessing knowledge, and maintaining training records.

- Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics
- Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Planning and designing engaging learning courses and content.
- Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually, accurately recording training sessions in the LMS.
- Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector.
- Experience in adult social care and related qualifications.
- Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).
- Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).
- A UK driving licence and own transport.
