- Relevant sector qualifications at Level 3 or above
- English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) , formerly a A1 Assessor Award (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering training and apprenticeships
- Experience working within the Health & Social Caresector
- Strong planning, organisational and workload management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and e-portfolio systems
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, learner wellbeing and inclusive education
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
