### Job summary

Priory Hospital Altrincham is looking to recruit a lead therapist to join the team. This is a part time role of 30 hours based on site for a fixed term of 12 months.

The hospital is comprised of two inpatient units, providing specialist care for adults with range of mental health challenges and addictions.

Altrincham also provides established, evidence-based outpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and bipolar disorder.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- The individual is a registered healthcare professional with the HCPC, such as an occupational therapist or psychologist, and is an experienced psychotherapist accredited with a recognised body such as the BACP, BABCP, or UKCP. They are also able to demonstrate clear, motivational leadership skills, with the capacity to effectively support and guide a diverse therapy team.
