Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. - The post holder will be a Registered HCPC healthcare professional and/or accredited psychotherapist (BACP/BABCP/UKCP) with proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse therapy team. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of therapy roles within mental health settings and have experience in clinical supervision, staff retention, and effective people management. A calm and supportive approach in high-pressure environments is essential. The role requires commercial and business awareness, including experience in cost management and budgeting (P&L), alongside the flexibility to respond to changing service and organisational needs. Line management experience is desirable, and knowledge of Priory people-management policies would be advantageous.
