### Main duties of the job

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. You will be responsible for providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care. We value team members who can prioritize and manage their own workload, work both as part of a team and on their own initiative, and have effective management and organizational skills. Clear thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing Nursing teams will be crucial for success in this role. Understanding the Lead Nurse Role and having an evidence of continuing professional development are also important.
