This is a newly commissioned role that has been developed to support the emerging group programme across  CAMHS from new investment into the service. The post holder will lead, with the support of the team manager, in the planning of, and running of a range of therapeutic groups to meet the needs of the service, co-facilitating groups with clinicians and peer support workers from the wider service. There is a lot of scope for personal and professional development within the service supported by our leadership team and training and development lead.
