Working across both of our maternity sites — Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital — you will lead on the implementation and coordination of evidence-based perinatal optimisation pathways for women identified as being at increased risk of preterm labour and birth. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, antenatal screening services, neonatal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and woman-centred care.
