An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Dumfries and Galloway for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician or Registered Nurse to join our electronic prescribing team as Lead HEPMA System Trainer.

In this role, you will support the management and ongoing development of the CMM Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) system and Controlled Drug Manager system across Dumfries and Galloway inpatient areas.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in ensuring staff are confident and competent in using these digital systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering training and support to medical, nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare staff.
- Supporting the implementation and rollout of new system functionality across the organisation.
- Developing reporting tools and ensuring high-quality data is available to support clinical audit, governance and service improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and able to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a genuine interest in digital healthcare and service improvement.

Applicants must:
