We are seeking motivated and experienced Band 4 Lead Health and Social Care Support Workers to join the Care at Home Service in Sutherland. These roles have been developed as part of service improvement and redesign following Care Inspectorate findings, to strengthen leadership, supervision, and oversight across the service.

The successful candidates will provide day-to-day operational support and supervision to Care at Home staff, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered.

You will play a key role in supporting staff in practice, monitoring quality of care, and contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the service. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, supporting coordination of care, responding to changes in service demand, and helping to ensure that care delivery meets required standards.

Applicants should have experience within a Health and Social Care setting, with strong communication and organisational skills. Experience of supporting or supervising staff is desirable. You should be flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively within a large and geographically dispersed rural service.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continued improvement and development of Care at Home services in Sutherland. Flexible working options may be considered; however, the role requires a consistent leadership presence to support safe service delivery.
