We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our adult dietetic leadership team as a Band 7 Specialist Clinical and Team Lead Dietitian within gastroenterology, nutrition support (NST), eating disorders and hepatology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward thinking service that is redefining senior roles to prioritise clinical leadership, specialty expertise, and clear accountability. You will hold a specialist clinical caseload, alongside leadership and line management responsibilities for your clinical area, working closely with other Band 7s and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will act as the clinical and team lead for gastroenterology, nutrition support, eating disorders and hepatology, delivering advanced dietetic care to patients with complex needs while providing leadership to your team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a specialist clinical caseload, providing expert assessment, treatment and decision making for complex and high risk patients
- Leading and developing a team of dietitians and support staff, including supervision, delegation and performance support
- Acting as the senior escalation point for clinical decision making, prioritisation and risk management within your specialty
- Leading and contributing to service development, audit and research activity, supporting staff to build confidence and capability in these areas
